What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't thrive within 30 days despite following our care guide, contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
